This is the privacy note for the TechnicolorLife studio website at technicolorlife.com. Each app I ship has its own privacy policy linked from that app's card on the homepage.
Who we are
TechnicolorLife LLC is an independent software studio registered in the United States. We build iOS, Android, and web apps. You can reach us at contact@technicolorlife.com.
What this website collects
If you accept the cookie banner, this website loads Google Firebase Analytics. Firebase Analytics uses cookies to measure things like: which pages are visited, rough location (country level), browser type, and whether visits are new or returning. The goal is to understand which apps people actually care about so I can focus my work.
If you decline the cookie banner, no analytics load. Your visit is not tracked.
This website does not collect email addresses, names, account information, or any personal data you enter into a form. There are no forms on the site other than the "Notify me when Amberly launches" link, which opens your email client to send an email directly to me.
Who sees the data
Firebase Analytics data is accessible only to the TechnicolorLife team via the Firebase console. It is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers. Google is the processor for this data under its own Firebase Analytics terms.
How to opt out or delete data
You can decline the cookie banner at any time by clicking the decline button. You can also clear your browser's storage for technicolorlife.com to be re-asked. If you previously accepted and want your analytics data deleted, email us at contact@technicolorlife.com with the subject "Delete my analytics data" and we will request deletion from Firebase.
Cookies set by this site
When you interact with the cookie banner, the site stores your choice in your browser's localStorage under the key tc-analytics-consent so you are not asked again on every visit. This is not a tracking cookie; it only records your yes/no.

GDPR, CCPA, and similar
If you are in the EU, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with a specific data protection law, you have the right to: access the data collected about you, request its deletion, and withdraw consent. Email us and we will handle your request.

If we change how the site handles data, this page gets updated with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes will prompt the cookie banner to re-appear.
