Users acknowledge that the App provides information about songs but does not grant licenses for the use of those songs. To use a suggested song for commercial purposes, users must visit our website and independently purchase the required license.
3.3 License Purchase
Users are responsible for visiting the designated website to purchase licenses for specific songs. The App does not facilitate or manage the licensing process, and users must adhere to the terms and conditions provided on the licensing website.
4. User Content
4.1 Your Content
By using the App, you may submit content, including videos and other materials. You retain ownership of your content.
4.2 License
You grant FavChoice a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of providing and improving the App.
